Reservation only. If you would like to eat at Alma-Via Restaurant, please make a reservation at least 24 hours prior to your visit. We cannot accommodate walk-ins.

The Alma-Via restaurant barn reflects our view that good, homemade food should be enjoyed in a warm and welcoming environment.
The building itself is an antique Saxon, oak structure barn, that was relocated from near Brasov to its new home. The barn has been lovingly restored and amended into a bright and airy facility.
It comfortably seats 50 people plus buffet tables. In addition, there is a gallery upstairs, which is equipped with more tables and chairs for eating, working or playing. There you can also find a projector and screen to host conferences or presentations. Upstairs on the opposite side in the barn is also a comfortable seating area for relaxation or informal meetings.

The barn is a multipurpose building, which has already been used to host events such as weddings or baptisms, group brunches, seminars and workshops. But of course our restaurant is also open “just for eating” for travelers, families and couples.
We use fresh seasonal and regional ingredients for our traditional Transylvanian and contemporary German dishes. Please note therefore that we are usually not prepared for walk-ins, but require a reservation.
